The Phoenix Contact Variosub plug connectors in a D-Sub-9 design provide reliable protection in industrial environments by means of IP67 housing protection. Their push-pull locking makes them easy to operate. The integrated EMC bush provides effective screening against electromagnetic influences.
Two integrated cable glands allow the signal and power lines to be fed in separately, as well as the generation of line structures, eg, for fieldbus wiring. Plug-in coded sections avoid connection errors. Identification plates are fitted to ensure rapid and easy identification.
Commercial D-Sub contact inserts for signal and power currents are available either in a standard solder method of connection or in an easy-to-wire screw connection.
