Wiring harness and wire sub-assembly manufacturing services offered

High-Tech Technical Components, situated in Port Elizabeth, is a small, efficient manufacturer of electrical wiring harnesses and sub-assembled wired systems. It is also able to supply some of the more common harness components in small volumes.

Using automatic wire process machines, standalone crimping machines and special-purpose test benches, any wired system can be manufactured, tested and dispatched to meet virtually any time schedule or volume, according to the company. All testing is done using non-intrusive test procedures, with test boards being manufactured by associate company, Newtek.

Quality standards are maintained to ISO9002+VDA6 (automotive) with ISO TS16949 being implemented. Its ISO9002 quality system covers automotive and white goods wiring and sub-assembly work in both fields, as well as the manufacture and supply of ignition cables for OEM and aftermarket.
