D-Sub Connector Guide

7 April 2004 Technical Literature Interconnection

To help simplify selection of D-subminiature connectors for PCB and cable applications, FCI has brought its entire standard product range together in a concise 30-page guide. Covering right-angle and straight signal, power and mixed signal and power D-subs, the guide summarises five popular product series: for PCB termination, the Delta D solder and press fit and DW types and the D and 8656 types for cable connections. Connector accessories are also reviewed in the D-sub selection guide and include plastic and metal hoods, strain relief clamps and lock screw assembly. PCB drilling templates are provided.
