STMicroelectronics’ STM32H5 series is based on the 32-bit Arm Cortex-M33 core running at up to 250 MHz with TrustZone integrated. It offers the best combination of performance and security, in an affordable package.
Offering up to 2 Mbytes of flash memory in dual-bank memory, up to 640 Kbytes of SRAM, and high peripheral integration, the STM32H5 series of microcontrollers offers developers freedom when designing products. An option of integrated Ethernet, SMPS, and hardware encryption accelerator are available.
The microcontroller portfolio offers many package options from 25- to 176-pin devices. The series also supports environments with an ambient temperature up to 125°C, making it suitable for products deployed into harsh environments.
