Hittite Microwave's 11th edition Designer's Guide catalogue for 2006 includes 80 new RFIC and MMIC product data sheets, as well as quality/reliability, application and packaging/layout information. New for 2006 is a two-volume catalogue format; Volume 1: Amplifiers and Control Devices and Volume 2: Frequency Generation, Mixers and Modulators. Each volume is conveniently organised into IC chip, SMT packaged IC and connectorised module sections. Full specifications are provided for 398 components including: amplifiers, attenuators, frequency dividers/detectors, frequency multipliers, mixers, modulators, phase shifters, switches and VCOs/PLOs.
