Low-noise gain block amplifier

Atlanta Micro announced the product release of a new 1 MHz to 22 GHz gain block amplifier, part number AM1102. It is a low SWaP (size, weight and power) device drawing less than 160 mW of power and packaged in a 3 mm QFN or connectorised module with internal 50 Ω matching. The device’s low noise figure and wideband operation make it an excellent choice for many broadband receiver applications.

Performance figures include 14 dB gain, 2,3 dB noise figure, +26 dBm OIP3, +15 dBm P1dB, +3,3 V operation, 158 mW power consumption, and -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range.
