The MSW2-1001ELGA from Marki Microwave is a reflective SPDT switch that operates in the frequency range from 100 MHz to 40 GHz. The RF switch has an insertion loss of less than 1,5 dB and provides an isolation of greater than 38 dB.
The MSW2-1001ELGA can handle an input power of 27 dBm with a power rating of 0,562 W. It has an IIP3 (input third-order intercept point) of 50 dB. The switch can handle a supply voltage of -3,6 to 3,6 V with a total current draw of between 590 to 660 µA. The voltage needed to control the RF switch is up to 1,63 V.
It is manufactured using a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) process and is available in a surface-mount 12-lead LGA package that measures 2,25 x 2,25 mm.
With a temperature rating of -40 to 105°C, the switch is ideal for mobile test and measurement equipment, radar, satellite communications, 5G and electronic warfare applications.
