pSemi has announced the PE42727 UltraCMOS SPDT RF Switch, a high-isolation solution optimised for next generation broadband cable applications.
The PE42727 is a HaRP technology enhanced SPDT RF switch designed for cable broadband applications operating from 5 MHz to 3,1 GHz. Engineered to meet DOCSIS 4.0 requirements, the PE42727 delivers high surge protection, best in class linearity, exceptional harmonic performance, low insertion loss, and high isolation, supporting advanced modulation schemes in modern cable networks.
Key product benefits of the PE42727 include:
• Support for DOCSIS 3.0, 3.1, and 4.0 systems, enabling flexible broadband architectures for cable modems, set top boxes, residential gateways and cable broadband infrastructure
• Exceptional harmonics: 2fo: -121 dBc @ 17 MHz, 3fo: -140 dBc @ 17 MHz
• Low insertion loss of 16 dB at 85 MHz and 0,55 dB at 1794 MHz
