The M660 is a quad-/dual-band GSM/GPRS (class 12) module ideal for low-cost applications in both the industrial and consumer markets. It features voice, SMA and data services in a 28-pin LCC package measuring 22 x 18,4 x 2,8 mm.
The GM650 is a GPRS/GPS module which frees up resources on the host CPU. It is effectively an M660 with GPS added. GPS sensitivity is around -162 dBm with position accuracy to 10 metres.
The just-released WM620 is an HSPDA module in a 30 x 30 x 2,7 mm LCC package. It is targeted at applications such as PDA, MID, PND, POS, tracker, AMR, healthcare, etc.
Approvals boasted by these RoHS-compliant devices include CE and FCC. The M660 and GM650 also have ICASA approval, which the WM620 is expected to earn shortly.
