ADLINK’s recently released STC-15W04 is a touchscreen panel computer specifically designed for hazardous industrial environments.
It is compliant with UL Class I Division II, ATEX Zone 2 and IEC Ex hazardous location standards, meaning that it won’t cause ignition in the presence of flammable gasses, vapours or liquids, and is suitable for use in food, beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical environments.
The system boasts an IP65 compliant front panel design and a fanless, streamlined enclosure for highly efficient heat dissipation. The display is a 16:9 widescreen format making use of projected capacitive multi-touch technology.
