iCORP distributing Quectel M2M modules

18 September 2013 News

The iCORP Group has partnered with Quectel, a world-class manufacturer of wireless M2M modules for GSM/GPRS, GPS and WCDMA/HSPA, to distribute its products in South Africa. The agreement was concluded in April this year and, according to iCORP’s national R&D technical manager, Willem Arnold, the news has already sparked much enthusiasm and interest in the market place.

“Quectel has strong R&D capabilities, comprehensive expertise, a wide variety of high-quality products and a consistent philosophy of putting customers’ demands at the forefront,” says Arnold. As a stocking manufacturer, Quectel also affords customers immediate access to stock of most of its product offering.

This distribution agreement enhances iCORP’s M2M offering which also includes antennas (GSM whip, ceramic surface mount and 0-90° bend types) as well as Fakra, UFL and SIM card connectors.
