Nordic's nRF904 is a true single chip UHF transmitter designed to operate in the 915 MHz ISM (industrial, scientific and medical) frequency band. It features frequency shift keying (FSK) modulation and amplitude shift keying (ASK). nRF904 operates at data rates up to 50 Kbps. Transmit power can be adjusted to a maximum of +1 dBm. Antenna interface is differential and suited for low cost PCB antennas.
The nRF904 device operates from a single +3 V d.c. supply and has a standby mode which makes power saving easy and efficient. As a primary application, it is intended for UHF radio equipment in compliance with US FCC regulations.
