The company's OS8900 is a high performance VCO operating from 6900-8900 MHz and offers tuning voltages from 0-15 V. Typical power output is 1,0 dBm, and power flatness is 2,0 dB. Modulation sensitivity ranges from 100-270 MHz/V, with a ratio of 2,75:1, typical. SSB phase noise is -70 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset, and -95 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset. Frequency pulling is 47 MHz (load VSWR is 1,67:1); frequency pushing is 21 MHz (V d.c. is ±0,5 V). Bias voltage is +5,0 V, and DC current runs a very efficient 24 mA.
Model OS3900 comes standard in a SMTO-8 package, and is also available in a SMA connectorised CougarPak as model OCP8900.
