GPRS modem for industrial, telemetry, security applications

Sagem's MOD170/MOD190 integrated modem provides a quick and easy way to plug GSM and GPRS functionality into systems and terminals. Available in tri-band configurations, this integrated modem is fully type-approved and constitutes a self contained, fully integrated implementation of the GSM/GPRS standard.

With standard interfaces, it is ready for voice, SMS, data and fax. The MOD170/MOD190 supports GPRS class B, multislot class 8, full AT commands, and is IRDA capable.

The product has a single connector, which combines all the interface signals required in order to facilitate its integration. It also has an integrated SIM card reader as well as a standard MMCX (miniature micro connector) RF connector.

MOD170/MOD190 is suited for users who want quick access wireless world, for hardware oriented system integrators, and for OEMs.
