The pair provides a solution for applications where existing wideband modules lack sufficient range or where multichannel operation is required, according to the company.
These UHF narrow band FM multichannel radio modules are available in two versions covering the 458,5 through to 458,8 MHz UK bands (at 100 mW) and in Europe on 433,05 through 434,79 MHz bands. The 433 MHz version conforms to EN 300220-3 and EN 301489-3 and the 458 MHz versions to UK specs.
Other features include: high performance double superhet, 128 channel PLL synthesizer with TCXO; data rates to 5 Kbps for standard modules; usable range over 1 km; full screening and low profile; feature rich interface (RSSI, noise squelch and analog and digital basebands); RS232 interface allows reprogramming; low power requirement.
