ADAMview data acquisition software from ProMicro, is especially designed for low volume ADAM I/O projects. It provides 150 physical points database, ADAM drivers and OPC server for all monitoring and control functions.
The software takes advantage of Windows graphical interface, offering fast and intuitive configuration for HMI and data acquisition applications. It combines easy to use graphical development and the flexibility of BasicScript, a powerful programming tool. Both simple and complex applications can be designed easily, such as factory process and utility monitoring, lab testing or environmental monitoring. A wide variety of graphical wizards is available allowing user to quickly create an intuitive operator interface. Built-in display objects include bar graph, button, indicator, realtime/historical trending, knob, gauge, slider, imported bitmap, numeric display and control.
The modular design is useful to develop and facilitate large and complicated system maintenance. Each task has its own properties such as scan rate, start/stop method, priority etc, and with the multi-tasking capability, all tasks run simultaneously. Over 600 commands are available to perform almost any function, including calculations, reading and writing files, DDE and ODBC. The ability to access and share data with other applications such as Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel is possible.
