Infineon's BGA 430 and BGB 540 are the ideal solution for the complete low noise block (LNB) IF amplifier path in the frequency range from 950 MHz to 2150 MHz. These monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs) are internally biased and require only a minimum of external passive components. The MMICs feature a positive gain slope of 33 to 37 dB and a low noise level of 2,4 dB.
