In its own toolmaking shop, forming tools for custom-specific insulating aggregates are manufactured. The plastic materials used are resistant to high temperatures and suitable for both SMT soldering processes and soldering techniques without using lead. Male headers with special lengths, special bending shapes, surface coatings of contacts and various modular assemblies are all made to comply with customers' requests. The batch sizes range from small series to industrial scale manufacture.
With respect to packaging, suitable solutions for an automatic assembly of components are offered in addition to standard versions.
