Literature for telecoms and radio equipment designers

BABT Product Service has introduced a comprehensive suite of literature to guide and advise designers and manufacturers of wired and wireless equipment through the relevant processes of the R&TTE Directive.

A family of four leaflets describes the effects of the recently implemented R&TTE Directive on different market sectors, covering line telecoms; radio; wireless terminal; and radio infrastructure equipment. Two other leaflets provide details of BABT Product Service's Production Quality Certification scheme and the BABT Certified for Network Connection scheme. An additional leaflet offers detailed information on the BABT PS MARK. This single worldwide MARK enables telecoms and radio manufacturers to combine product certifications such as EMC and network compatibility with quality management system certifications such as ISO 9001 and Production Quality Certification in a single MARK.
