In Norwe's current EE/M-series of coilformers, the new version has 13 solder-pins with wire and wire guidance significantly improved, and is now available. This is in addition to the existing two versions with 12- and 13-solder pins.
The new coilformer is fitted with straight pins. Binding-on of the wires is radial. The terminal strips feature 'noses' that provide tension-relief and 'stand-offs' that allow clean soldering of the wires and of the coilformers onto the PCB.
