PC/104 Plus extension card with two PC card slots

28 November 2007 Computer/Embedded Technology

Digital-Logic's Microspace PC/104 Plus extension card MSMJ104+ is a PC card adapter with two 16-bit slots. The PCMICA 2.1 compliant card is based on a PCI1520GHK controller from Texas Instruments. It can take two type I/II or one type III card and supports SCSI, WLAN, GSM, and ISDN PC cards. Further technical features are the 32-bit data transfer to the card bus, hot insertion capability, and on-board generation of the 12 V/ 50 mA programming voltage. The card is connected to the 32-bit PCI bus and requires only one PCI resource. It is available with a wide range of driver software for Windows CE and Linux including the drivers for the TI controller.

The MSMJ104+ has dimensions of 90 mm x 96 mm x 17 mm (L x W x H) and a weight of 120 grams. It requires a 3,3 V or 5 V power supply and operates within the standard temperature range of -25°C to +70°C at a humidity of 5% to 90%.
