This high performance device is footprint interchangeable with the company's original 16-pin SOIC Ultra series providing IEEE-802.3 compliance over the industrial temperature range of -40 to +85°C. The E-Ultra meets the OCL requirement of 350 µH minimum inductance (w/8 mA load) over the entire operating temperature range. This new extended temperature range E-Ultra is suited for industrial control, telecom and robust networking equipment applications.
