Linear Technology's LT1794 is a dual 500 mA, 200 MHz, gain of 10 stable voltage feedback amplifier that has been designed specifically for high efficiency and low distortion (-77dBc at 1 MHz) in central office, xDSL line driver applications. To meet the small footprint requirements of the latest high port density xDSL designs, the LT1794 is offered in a thermally enhanced 20-pin TSSOP package that features a lead frame to achieve outstanding thermal resistance QJC = 3°C/W, from a footprint of just 6,5 x 6,35 mm.

The device is also available in a fused-lead frame version of the 20-pin SOIC wide body package.
