Maxim has introduced the MAX19515, 19516 and 19517, a pin-compatible family of dual-channel, 10-bit, 65/100/130 MSps ADCs. The devices consume just 43 mW (19515), 57 mW (19516), and 75 mW (19517) of analog power per channel. They boast a 60 dBFS SNR and 85 dBC SFDR at 70 MHz. Designed for space-constrained applications, these ADCs provide a self-sensing, analog supply regulator that allows the user to operate the parts from 1,8 V, 2,5 V, or 3,3 V analog supplies. In addition, they feature single-ended or differential clock inputs; analog inputs with a 0,4 V to 1,4 V input common-mode range to
support AC- or DC-coupled inputs; and an onboard clock divider. Integrated CMOS output termination resistors allow users to program the CMOS output resistance, thus eliminating external damping resistors.
