The FL MGUARD RS-B router from Phoenix Contact is the newest member of the Mguard product family. This security router protects industrial networks from unauthorised access and operating errors, which can lead to system failures. The integrated security functions ensure that the network continues to run reliably at a high standard.
This router handles all typical procedures such as standard routing, NAT (network address translation) in the form of masquerading and port forwarding, as well as 1:1 NAT.
It boasts data throughput rates of up to 2 x 85 Mbps and can be configured using SNMP or a multilingual Web interface.
