MPL’s CEC7 is a new compact, robust and fanless embedded computer.
Based on the low-power Intel Atom Z530P processor, the system works smoothly without derating, throttling, fan or case openings between -40°C and +75°C.
The system integrates up to four Gbit Ethernet ports, seven USB ports and two serial ports, and supports DDR2 memory up to 2 GB. The CEC7 boasts a complete set of standard PC features as well as industrial features like 8–36 V d.c. input power including a load dump and reverse polarity protection and two serial ports (RS232/485). For usability reasons, all status LEDs and user buttons are available on the front. Further versions with DIN-rail holder or flange mounting are offered for easy installation.
