Maxim’s new MAX9613 and MAX9615 are low-power, precision operational amplifiers with rail-to-rail I/O. They have a self-calibration feature that allows offset correction or nulling at any time or temperature. Each time the system is powered up, self-calibration is activated, thereby minimising system drift errors induced by temperature gradients. The devices operate from a 1,8 V to 5,5 V supply and consume only 220 μA of quiescent current. They both offer low offset voltage (100 μV, max), low input-bias current (1,55 pA, max), and low voltage-noise density (28 nV/, typ). The MAX9613 has a shutdown mode for extended power savings. The MAX9613/MAX9615 are fully specified for operation over the -40°C to +125°C automotive temperature range. They are available in a 2 x 2,2 mm, lead-free, 6-/8-pin SC70 package, respectively.
