Quad-Port T1/E1 transformer

The T9021 from Pulse is a quad-port T1/E1 transformer module with integral IC side protection. The module combines eight transformers (four transmit and four receive) and a surge protection diode array in one package for telecoms and networking applications. Fully matched and compatible with PMC-Sierra's Comet chip when used with other recommended protection circuitry components, the T9021 was designed to meet the major surge immunity and electrical safety standards including Bellcore GR 1089, FCC Part 68, and UL 1459/1950. The transformer will provide 1500 Vrms line isolation and the diode array will protect high speed data interfaces from over-voltages caused by electrostatic discharge and electrical fast transients.
