Improving system performance by providing low ESL, the capacitors are constructed in a simplified, two-terminal package that provides high-frequency performance equivalent to an eight-terminal interdigitated capacitor (IDC).
The capacitor series provides a capacitance value of 0,47 μF and rated voltage of 6 V across an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. Featuring X7R, X5R, X7S or X6S dielectric formations, the LGA capacitors are available in multiple case sizes, including 0204, 0306, and 0805. They are ideal for high-speed decoupling of military and aerospace CPUs, GPUs, FPGAs and ASICs.
