Countapulse Controls has introduced the Tico 772 electronic multifunctional electronic controller from Hengstler, the latest addition to the Tico product line of DIN-format controllers.
The Tico 772 combines the functions of a preset batch-and-shift counter, tachometer and time counter. It features a large, 48 by 48 mm, two-line display and four large keys with plain text menus which promote legibility as well as ease of use. Signal durations can be programmed for up to 10 minutes. The device has an input frequency of up to 60 kHz, damped to 30 Hz. Rounding errors in prescaling of 0,0001 to 99,9999 are minimised due to a new fourth decimal place. Pluggable terminals facilitate rapid installation and allow up to three preset options.
The counter also offers four different coloured backlight versions and the intensity of the backlight is adjustable.
