Texas Instruments introduced a new Sub-1 GHz Value Line family, offering developers low-cost connectivity solutions for sub-1 GHz RF applications such as remote controls, toys, home and building automation, and security systems. The lineup includes the CC115L transmitter, CC113L receiver and CC110L transceiver. The devices exhibit fast startup, taking just 0,24 ms from power-down to start receiving or transmitting, and use just 0,2 μA sleep current. They support multiple modulation formats with 2-FSK, 4-FSK, GFSK and OOK, and offer a programmable data rate from 0,6 to 600 Kbps. Frequency bands of 300-348 MHz, 387–464 MHz and 779– 928 MHz are supported.
