Power Innovations' (PI) high-voltage version of the field proven TISP61089A is programmable up to 110 V, enabling it to protect a wider range of ringing SLICs (subscriber line interface circuits). The high voltage rating ensures protection even for longer line applications which use higher ringing voltages, while the programmability ensures the lowest possible voltage stress for the SLIC whatever the supply voltage. As well as providing a convenient route to GR-1089-Core compliance, the TISP61089A is also rated to 40A 10/700 in accordance with ITU-T K20 and K21.
The TISP61089A is available in through-hole 8-pin DIP or surface mount SOIC versions.
