MITEQ’s new IR0618LC4E is a broadband image rejection mixer with an ultra-wide IF bandwidth.
It is useful for down-converting and receiving high data rate bandwidth signals as well as for wideband test equipment needs.
The device features an RF/LO frequency range of 6–18 GHz and IF frequency from 10–1000 MHz. Conversion loss is 12 dB, LO-to-RF isolation is 18 dB, LO-to-IF isolation is 20 dB, LO port power is in the range of 10–15 dBm, RF VSWR is 2:1, LO VSWR is 2,5:1 and IF VSWR is 1,5:1.
