Low-noise RF amplifiers

MITEQ’s new Model JS2-26004000-29-0P is a 25 to 40 GHz low-noise, low-gain amplifier with only 2,9 dB maximum noise figure. It has a gain of 12 dB minimum.

For those requiring high gain, Model JS5-26004000-27-10P, operating over the 26 to 40 GHz frequency range, exhibits only 2,7 dB maximum noise figure and +10 dBm minimum P1dB. This model has a gain of 36 dB minimum.

Both devices are supplied in a small hermetically-sealed package with field replaceable K-connectors, and are available with MIL-883 screening. Options are available in terms of noise figure and power output.
