The AluCurve range of aluminium enclosures from CP Cases are designed to protect their contents from severe impacts. Made from 2 mm rigidised aluminium, they are constructed without an edge corner weld to prevent seam splitting. Tough pre-pressed corners add extra strength and resistance to drop damage.
The cases feature recessed catches, wheels and handles, indents for stacking and radius edges. They can be personalised or branded using colour coded ‘smarties’ which fit in the pressed corners and allow easy identification.
For enhanced protection, CP Cases’ specially designed lid/body seal (with integral neoprene rubber gasket) protects contents against rain, dirt, dust and other environmental hazards. The all-welded construction with sealed rivets used on handles and low-profile, full-length steel hinge (aluminium hinge also available) together with fully recessed, sprung chrome plated handles and cam-operated butterfly catches (both with waterproof gasket) are supplied as standard.
Webbing lid-stays keep the lid open while stacking is made quick and easy by simple top and bottom body indents/outdents with a non-scratch rubber foot.
For further protection of valuable contents, CP Cases designs and manufactures custom high-density foam inserts.
