Raystar’s new RX1602B is a chip-on-glass LCD module with a display area for two rows of 16 characters each. Its outline dimensions of 85 x 30 mm enclose an active area measuring 73,81 x 15,88 mm, displaying characters 3,91 x 7,69 mm in size.
The device makes use of an ST7032i driver IC to control its I²C communications interface. It can operate in temperatures from -20°C to +70°C.
