Mini-Circuits’ new PMA2-153LN+ amplifier is a PHEMT-based wideband, low noise, high IP3 MMIC amplifier with a frequency range of 0,5 to 15 GHz. It comes in a 2 mm x 2 mm QFN package and its flat gain over wide band makes it ideal for sensitive, high dynamic-range receiver applications.
This amplifier has a noise figure of only 2,6 dB at 8 GHz, an IP3 of up to +28 dBm, and a gain of 16,8 dB at 8 GHz. The device operates on a supply voltage of 5 V d.c. at only 55 mA, making it ideal for use in situations where power usage is critical.
Typical applications for the PMA2-153LN+ are Wi-Fi, WLAN, UMTS and LTE, WiMAX, S-band radar, C-band satcom and many others.
