EMC Technology's SloWave Delay Line is the newest addition to its product offering. The SloWave Delay Line joins the Thermopad temperature variable attenuator, the SmartLoad power sensing termination, and its broad collection of chip and surface-mount terminations, attenuators and other RF and microwave resistive products. SloWave is available in frequency ranges from 800 MHz to 2,7 GHz and in delay times from 3 to 20 ns. Custom delays and frequencies are also available.
The new product offers numerous advantages over alternative technologies, including two surface mount packaging options (ball-grid and J-lead), an orientation independent footprint, small physical outline, excellent temperature stability (<2ppm/°C), low insertion loss (<0,3 dB/ns), and less than 0,5° p-p phase ripple. This product is ideal for applications in feed forward amplifier designs, ECM systems, microwave altimeters, radar systems, and cellular basestation applications.
