Mini-Circuits announced the release of the latest addition to its test system lineup, the RC-2SP4T-40 USB and Ethernet controlled single-pole four-throw switching matrix.
This new device is fitted with dual mechanical SP4T switches with high performance from DC to 40 GHz. The switches used in this design have very high reliability of more than 2 million switching cycles, and a rating of 5 W at cold switching.
Typical applications for the RC-2SP4T-40 are for 5G node and device testing, automated test equipment and for fail-safe and redundancy switching. The switch box is constructed in a compact, rugged metal case with 10 x 2,92 mm RF connectors on the front panel. The switch is controlled via USB or Ethernet, allowing control directly from a PC or remotely via a network.
