Advantech's IPC-644 four-slot mini node chassis can be equipped with a four ISA or one ISA/2PCI/1NLX backplane to hold four half-size cards. It is also equipped with both DC and AC power inputs. It is ultra-compact in design and may be used on the desktop or wall mounted. The IPC-644 is suitable for environments found on boats and other moving vehicles as well as indoor operation.
Designed to offer optimal performance it has two LED indicators for the DC power and HDD on the front panel to facilitate easy diagnostics and maintenance. It is also equipped with two controllers for reset and a power on/off switch.
Disk drives include one front accessible 3,5" FDD and one internal HDD drive. Other features include versatile backplane options for PCI and ISA buses, two 9/25-pin I/O reserved ports, built-in 80 W power supply and two 49/14 CFM cooling fans. The IPC-644 is CE compliant and UL, C-UL approved.
