The QPC6324 from Qorvo is a silicon on insulator (SOI) SPDT switch that operates from 5 MHz to 6000 MHz. It has a switching speed of 180-470 ns, insertion loss of less than 1,35 dB with isolation of up to 61,5 dB and a P1dB of 37 dBm.
The switch requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 200 μA of current. It does not need blocking capacitors on the RF ports and has a non-reflective design where the ports are terminated into 50 Ω in the off state. It is available in a 20-pin QFN leadless SMT package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is ideal for macro or picocell base stations, TDD-based architectures and 4G/5G wireless infrastructure applications.
