LoRa antennas for cryptocurrency mining

24 November 2021 Telecoms, Datacoms, Wireless, IoT

Otto Wireless Solutions has introduced a new antenna range for mining Helium and other cryptocurrencies. The high-gain, wall- or pole-mount antennas are tuned to 800-900 MHz and have a standard N-type female connector, with other connector options available on request.

Customers can also choose to purchase an antenna with or without a cable. Otto Wireless Solutions can make a suitable CLF400 low-loss cable with a loss value of approximately 0,125 dB per metre at 868 MHz, thus optimising their sensitivity and related coverage, which in turn contributes to their connectivity quality. The gain on these antennas ranges from 3 dBi to 11 dBi.
