The MM1-30100L from Marki Microwave is a GaAs microwave monolithic integrated circuit (MMIC) double-balanced mmWave mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 30 to 100 GHz and intermediate frequency (IF) from DC to 20 GHz. It has an LO drive of 14 to 16 dBm with a conversion loss of only 8,5 dB and a noise figure of 8,5 dB.
This mixer works both as an up and down converter from the Ka-band through the mmWave/W-band and is available either as a die or in a connectorised module. The connectors for IF signals are standard 2,92 mm and 1,0 mm for RF/LO signals.
This module is ideal for use in mmWave frequency conversion, test and measurement equipment, automotive radar, 5G test receivers, as well as mmWave tuner mixer applications.
