Ezurio’s BL54L15μ series is the smallest nRF54L module available with an integrated antenna, completing their BL54L family. Built on Nordic Semiconductor’s powerful nRF54 silicon, this ultra-compact series starting at only 6 x 8 mm, redefines Bluetooth LE and 802.15.4 solutions with enhanced processing power, expanded memory, and innovative peripherals.
Powered by Nordic’s nRF54L15 (WLCSP) SoC, the modules deliver secure and robust wireless connectivity with flexible programming via the Nordic SDK, Zephyr RTOS, and Canvas Software Suite.
The module features 1,5 MB NVRAM and 256 kB RAM and can accept a wide input voltage range of 1,7 – 3,6 V. It has a transmit power rating of up to 8 dBm with a receive sensitivity of up to -106 dBm. An integrated chip antenna is featured alongside a trace pin for pre-certified external antennas. A rich set of interfaces is integrated including UART, SPI, TWI, ADC, I2S, PWM, RTC, WDT, NFC A-Tag, and TEMP.
