Mimic & Engraving Services is a South African supplier of mimic control panels and engraving and marking services for enclosures and cabinets. The company, which was established in 1979, has for many years supplied its products and services successfully to Eskom, the railways and a variety of manufacturing industries.

Its locally-designed range of mimic systems includes a mosaic tile system in 18, 24 and 48 mm blocks, employing an option of finishes such as painted and stainless steel and utilising the material properties of Perspex as well as other plastics. Full drawing facilities are available to assist customers with their mimic layout and design. As a further service to its customers, the company supplies panels with the mimics fitted and wired down to terminals as required.

The range of marking and identification services is available for enclosures and cabinets, in the form of 19-inch rack, as well as other sized face plates. Services include cut-outs, engravings, logos, escutcheons and switch plates, as well as engraved and anodised labelling. The in-house systems employ computerised laser facilities.
