Low- and high-pass RF filters

The AM3150 is a digitally tuneable low-pass filter covering the 30 MHz to 530 MHz frequency range. Produced by Atlanta Micro, the filter provides 32 selectable low-pass cutoff states with five digital control bits. The tuneable low-pass filter can be combined with one of Atlanta Micro’s tuneable high-pass filters to provide a flexible bandpass filter solution. The AM3150 is packaged in a 5 mm QFN package and operates over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.

The complementary AM3151 is a digitally tuneable high-pass filter covering the 20 MHz to 320 MHz frequency range. The filter provides 32 selectable high-pass cutoff states with five digital control bits. It is packaged in a 6 mm QFN package and operates over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
