The FD3DC7G from Lotus Communication Systems is a divide-by-three frequency divider with an input frequency from DC to 7 GHz. It can handle an input power of up to 13 dBm and has a reverse leakage of -50 dBm. The divider provides an output power of more than -4 dBm with an SSB phase noise of -153 dBc/Hz @ 100 kHz offset, requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes 69 mA of current.
The FD3DC7G is available in a rugged, shielded case that measures 2,4 x 2,4 x 1,5 cm with SMA connectors and is ideal for use in cellular/satellite communication systems, software-defined radio (SDR) and ham radio, PCS, W-CDMA, ISM and LTE applications.
