Passive RF crossover from Qorvo

The TQQ7399 from Qorvo is a passive RF crossover that operates from DC to 2700 MHz. It can handle a CW input power of up to +20 dBm, and has an insertion loss of 0,15 dB.

This RoHS-compliant crossover is fully matched to 50 Ω on all the ports and exhibits low loss. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 3 x 3 x 1,02 mm.

The surface mount device has an operating temperature range of -40 to 105°C. The TQQ7399 RF crossover is ideal for RF bypass paths, microwave radio, test and measurement, scientific measurements, and general-purpose wireless applications.
