Artila Electronics has released the RIO-2010 web-based remote I/O control module. The device is Ethernet ready and equipped with eight relays, 16 photo-isolated digital inputs and 1-wire interface for digital temperature sensor connection. The built-in web server allows the user to access the I/O and remotely control the relays using a standard web browser.
Using the standard Modbus TCP protocol, the RIO-2010 can be easily integrated into scada and industrial automation systems. It also comes with an RS-485 serial interface for applications which require Modbus RTU/ASCII. The built-in web server allows users to customise their own web page using standard web editing tool and AJAX dynamic page technology.
