PIN diode switch for LMR

The MASW-011055 from M/A-COM Technology Solutions is a high-power PIN diode SP2T switch with very high linearity in common anode configuration, operating over the 0,03 to 3 GHz frequency range. It is ideally suited for military and civilian radio applications requiring higher CW and pulsed power operation for land mobile radio (LMR) applications. The chip is capable of handling 100 Watts of CW incident power at a base plate temperature of 85°C, and delivers 51 dB isolation at 2 GHz with insertion loss of 0,35 dB at 2 GHz. The device is manufactured using M/A-COM’s hybrid manufacturing process, featuring high-voltage PIN diodes and passive devices integrated in a 5 mm HQF 12-lead package.
